Step 4: Invite Guests

Invite guests to your virtual wedding by sending them a simple private link that works on any device and browser.

Step 5: Stream Wedding

We arrive one hour before the start of your wedding ceremony to set up our equipment and test appropriately allowing you to focus on what matters, saying “I do”.

Step 6: Receive Keepsakes

Relive your memories forever with livestream recordings, a printable copy of your digital photo guestbook, and lots of live chat messages from your guests.

Our service is perfect for couples who want a professional videographer to broadcast their wedding to virtual guests. Below are some common questions couples have about our service.
Is my virtual wedding website private?
Yes, your website is private and only virtual guests with whom you’ve shared the link can view your private streaming page. (However, be aware that guests cannot be prevented from sharing the link more widely.)
Do our virtual guests need to download additional software?
No, your virtual guests don’t need to download additional software. They will have one-click access to your private streaming page wherever they are, on any device.
Can virtual guests share messages of congratulations?
Yes, your virtual guests can write comments and upload pictures as they watch your wedding.
What if my wedding venue doesn't have a steady internet connection?
We suggest checking with your wedding venue regarding internet connection. You can also simply run an internet speed test at the venue and aim for an upload speed of at least 3MB/s. A real time upload of you live stream is dependent on wifi or cellular data at your wedding venue. We test the upload speed of both upon arrival and will use the strongest source for your live stream.
What is the stream resolution?
We stream in a minimum of HD 720p which is high definition, fast, and creates a great experience for your virtual guests. With strong enough wifi, we can do a HD 1080p stream.
What is an edited version of our live stream?
An edited live stream allows us to use higher resolution video files to create a polished version of your event. It includes a small establishing sequence as well as an outro. The edit will also be set to a complementary musical underscore.
What’s needed to reserve our date?
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to reserve your date.
How does payment work?
We accept many different types of payment including cash, bank email transfer or PayPal. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve, and the balance of your package price is due one week before your wedding.
How much time do you need to set up?
We require at least one hour to set up our equipment and test appropriately for the best live streaming results. Our breakdown is generally about 20 minutes.
What happens if we need more hours than originally booked?
If you would like us to stay for additional hours onsite, we charge an hourly rate and request that payment is provided prior to the video being delivered.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
By reserving your date, we are saying “no” to other couples who may be interested. If you cancel completely, you will be refunded however much you’ve paid minus the 50% retainer which is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, that’s not a problem! We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date and be flexible. We do not transfer dates beyond 1 calendar year and any change is based on availability.
Do you offer discounts for off-season, weekday weddings?
No matter the day of the week nor the month of the year, all weddings are the same amount of work and are therefore all charged at a consistent price.
